General Delivery Information
Delivery times are from the date of dispatch. Orders are typically dispatched the the same business day after they have been placed on the website (if placed before closing time). We send all of our eliquids directly from right here in Rotterdam, The Netherlands and delivery times vary depending on where you live.
How can I see the status of my order?
For any information regarding the status of your order, have a look at ’My Account’ which is located at the bottom of any page. You will need your email address and password to login. We are able to provide you with information on when your order was dispatched from Rotterdam, unfortunately only orders above the amount of 60 euro can be tracked continuously until the destination is reached.
We ship free worldwide if you order above € 60 below the € 60 the costs are calculated by weight in your cart. Shipping costs are determined by the country of destination, parcel weight. We offer free standard shipping to most areas but to check the shipping charges that apply to your order, simply add the relevant items to your shopping cart, and go through to the checkout. At the checkout, shipping costs calculated once you enter your country shipping information.
We offer free shipping to the vast majority of countries.
It usually takes 3 to 5 business days to ship to most countries (in the Netherlands 1 day). Sometimes can Customs within the country of destination may delay individual shipments. These delays can be between 2-3 days for most countries.
Signed deliveries are received within 5 business days of shipment and are fully traceable via the the link you can find in your last shipping email and in your account. All the european deliveries are free of Customs cost.
DPD deliveries are received within 2-3 business days of shipment and are fully traceable via the the link you can find in your shipping email and in your account. All the european deliveries are free of Customs cost.
How can I track my order?
You can check if your order is shipped by clicking on the "My Account" link at the bottom of our website pages. Only orders sent by PostNL International and DPD delivery are availible for online tracking. If the shipping method "PostNL" for international shipments is found at the buttom of your order, you are then not able to view the status of this shipment online. Please allow the given delivery time, taking into consideration the possibility of customs clearance delays occurring within your country (refer "PostNL").
Do I have to pay any import taxes for my order?
Orders outside of europe get extra import taxes on delivery as determined by the Customs agency within the destination country. Although this doesn't always happen, assessment of duties and taxes will be based upon the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if applicable) for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of such taxes/duties is the responsibility of the recipient. This will occasionally be listed as an 'Additional Postage Fee', more information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
